Big powerful tea leaves gathered from big wild tea trees were used in the making of this brick tea. Using a process of semi fermentation the harsh and elemental nature of the wild leaves were softened drawing out their natural sweetness. Each tea brick is handmade and well compressed. The wild tea leaves used are powerfully fragrant and tasty, easily lasting up to 8 steeps.

The years of storage have matured this tea, giving it an exceptionally smooth and pleasant character. The tea brewed is full body and sweet with a velvety smoothness. The tea has excellent clarity and a very clean taste. After flushing the leaves open to powerful aromas of thick plums, age wood, soft earth, wild mushrooms with hints of prunes, dates and organics. The taste is sweet and captivating with elements of sweet prunes, wood and light organics.
